Axxess Mobile Data - Cant Connect

Same here about 8 days now. Hoping they'll sort it out this week still. I have another sim with them which gives no problems, but this is just irritating now.

This is insane. Got this on the 1st and today is the 20th and I still can't connect. Axxess whoever? Don't care if you have to re-provision the sim or whatever, I've already asked for this to be done, and nothing has changed. Please assist in fixing this today!
