Axxess - Ping and loss high

Since yesterday night my ping jump to almost double its normal size. I now have a ping between 90 and 120. I also get a loss of about 5-20.

I know of 3 people all from axxess having this problem so far. I have made a ticket but they still haven't replied to it. Any other Axxess customers having the same problem?

Yes! Even using the .s on my username and supposedly having a SAIX connection, my latency sucks and my download speeds are less than pathetic. And TBH if I get one more phonecall complaining that Axxess email is not working I'm going to scream!! I sound like a stuck record: Phone Axxess, ask for Technical Support and let them sort you out...

Funnily enough Im having quite the opposite effect..

Im on uncapped express + and my line is limited until 8PM. Sometimes it comes back to life around 19h30 but yesterday I got home and at about 18h15 my line was running at full speed!!

Dont get me wrong, but WTF...

Pretty much loving Axxess right now!

Same here, and the latency are aren't too bad during the day either it's still over SAT-3

What I would like to know is what is the point of a ticket service if you don't even reply to it.

Got a 4 Mbps line, getting 525 kbps download and 32 kbps upload with 272ms latency!!

Can't wait for the end of the month and I am cancelling!

Local is directed via my SAIX account on my WRT53GL router. There was a torrent and newsserver download taking place in the background for both tests.
