What is the fair use policy ?
Does anybody have this package with axxess?

I use this for Internet at home. Not sure what the FUP is but I have exceeded well over 300GB in a month and have not been limited once. Use it for tv streaming on Netflix. Online gaming etc and it is perfect.

I am on 10Mbps line. Can stream two full hd streams no problem.

Do you know if after hours downloads count towards that 300Gb?

And if you do download after hours - how is the speed?

I don't think there is a distinction between after hours and normal. That 300 was mainly before midnight. During the day in most cases. I have never really monitored after hours but never had an issue.

Because Uncapped means it is always included in your cost, so is "free".

Thanks. What I want to know though is when you measure usage to determine who to shape/manage, is the time of day taken into account or just overall usage?

The load on the network at any given time. If the network is under load, we will manage the download speeds on the uncapped accounts.
