Axxess Pure DSL dropping their prices.

Me too, and Openserve came to install today. Quite quick I must say.
Was it openserve directly or a contractor? Contractor's are quick, as they only get paid after the job is done.
My area is only served by contractor's , they normally quick.

My new line for this service was just installed. Now i just need to wait for Axxess to do their end & send me new login details.
I applied aswell for just dsl uncapped Openserve came for the installation today or so i thought. The technician installed a brand new telkom router and no line installation. After i asked him what he was doing, he told me that he is installing Telkom internet for R199. This guy did not really know what "just dsl" are. Who gave them their orders.

Ouch! The guy who came to do my installation was very clued up fortunately for me.

They installed a brand new line yes......even if you have an existing one.

I've finally switched over to the new service today. Now i just hope they can cancel capped account before the end of October
Thank you. I did talk to axxess lines department this morning, but according to them Telkom are not installing a new line, only somekind of filter, that is why I'm asking.

So i applied for the axxess just dsl and after 3 days the Telkom tech was here for installation or so i assumed. He started installing a new router and after i talked to him for a few minutes i realise that he was actually doing installation for a telkom package for R199. I stopped him after consulting with axxess. That was the last i heard from Telkom till i got an email from axxess this week. Now suddenly my adress are not just dsl ready according to Telkom.
