Im cancelling my account. Their phone line stays busy, and they dont reply on emails. This is no way to treat paying customers. If you cant handle the workload, hire more staff. This wont fly at all!
 
No Axxess!

We haven't been able to get access since at least early this morning.

I have checked your website and it only refers to a problem in Rosebank - nothing about moving servers. Did you send out any kind of notification to your clients? Why aren't you updating your site or switching your phones over to a message to inform people that you have a problem and are working on it?

And I would assume posting here is a bad way to get feedback if your clients can't access the web - we have 3G as a back-up and although I commend you on typically having a very stable and available service this is not the first time we've had to use it when you've been down.

It's not that they don't reply. They just don't 'receive' your emails. That was their excuse when I had problems.
 
hrm figured this out this morning when trying to quickly move money. I still cant check my usage stats, should it all be working? cant test the till I get home.

I cancelled for the same reason a few months ago.

man.. I am cancelling mine too its over.. they are complete assholes about service - their phones are off and they are not answering emails... Unbelievable.

And this is the the tenth time they are giving me crap service.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AXXESS

I spoke to the guys at axxess today - they did have some problems with the new server - but they on the right track! in 2 to 3 weeks time you will be able to buy bandwidth over sms or you can log in and get it straight from the website, imagine oooo okay im almost capped,okay wait lets logon to www.axxess.co.za and buy some extra bandwidth from them online - these okes are on the right path, they are going to make life simple - and you know what, simple is great!

WebAfrica already features this, if you getting close to your cap - its as easy as browsing over to their site and buying a few more pre-paid gigs which take immediate effect on your account - AND THEIR SERVICE ROCKS!

Sounds like u might be on their (Axxess's) marketing payroll:)

Really? okay didnt know that - do you have to be a webafrica client to buy more bandwidth from them online - or can you just sign up for more?:confused:
 
Where's axxess' reply to our complaints? I see on their website a big portion of votes in their poll of where we heard Axxess from was from MyADSL. Axxess should use MyADSL as a medium to contact users and sort problems out as many other ISP are doing.

Anyone can go and sign up at WebAfrica online. They also have the PrePaid GB's for sale which is really nice. You obviously won't be able to top up a Axxess account at WA.

NiX, Axxess is a great ISP. I know that I was cut off but as I stated in another post I did not pay them for 2 months and once I got threw and paid up the money, I was online with no problems. It was nice of them to understand my forgetfulness. But they must get there accounts department in order. As I changed my email address 2 months ago and emailed [email protected] to inform them. So all there invoices was emailed to the wrong address. I know that this is still no excuse for not doing a payment since I did have all there banking details but I you always hope to get something for free sometimes :D

I have not been able to use much of my 5 Gig account this month as the service has been so erratic of late. It's still not working at the moment.

This is my last month with them... they suck!
 
I mailed them on thursday and got a pretty speedy response. username is working once again. cant say Im unhappy with axxess.

Sad to say, but this has been my experience as well.
I have sent 3 emails to date, with no response.

I requested that my account be terminated 2 months ago (nearly 3 now), and my account is still active, and I'm still being sent invoices. (Which, as far as my bank statement shows, have not been paid by me)

I have uncapped unshaped now :D , why would I still want their pointless 5GB package??? :confused:

I can do the same with my SolConnect account - plus if I buy more than 1 gig I pay less per gig!
