Who is the Axxess Rep. Cannot remember the username.
 
Am I being unreasonable to expect an enquiry submitted via an ISP's contact page to be answered within 24 hours?
 
Have to say, Axxess has the worst service I have experience since joining my first ISP 20 years ago. None get close.

Cancelled my service within the first week and can't wait for the month to finish!

What was bad about it? Customer support or network performance?

I'm a few days away from being able to order fibre, and Axxess's really nice fibre combos have caught my attention.

All of the above. I have a 20Mbps VDSL line. Used to constantly get about 18Mbps from my previous ISP (VOX) but switching over to Axxess I got a full 0.35Mbps. I logged a call and the answer was that it is something with my line.

I tried to move my line over to Axxess but could not complete the process. Logged a call online and got a screenshot back of the information that I have to complete, like I am a bloody idiot. I logged the call because for some reason it would not allow me to complete the information. Gave up on that idea and decided to immediately cancel my account.

The last support call that I logged was attended to 5 hours later. Not what I would expect from the No 1 ISP.

VOX has their issue but definitely 100% better service in every way.

Did they not win best ISP of the year or something or the other ?

I am still battling to get someone to answer my questions in connection with their special offer as advertised on the main ( front pages )

Maybe I should take your experiences into consideration and give it a miss ?

Please see my numerous posts in connection with your SLOW customer support ( really lack of enthusiasm for a NEW customer. )

I sent mail off to Afrihost a few minutes ago -- got an immediate automated reply as well as a personal reply shortly thereafter. ( WELL done fantastic Afrihost )

Please can anyone tell me WHY you received a best ISP reward when clearly you cannot live up to it ?

To be honest it is your offer of a static ( public ) IP address without the need for an L2TP kludge that still has me interested.

Maybe half your staff are sick / on leave / had to much Christmas cheer ?????????

Hi there

Well, maybe I'm one of the lucky ones but been with Axxes now for 6/7 mths, and wawawoom!!! Dont have any real big problems, and ya, thank you Axxess. I even had PS4 connection problems to ADSL, and I phoned and the opperator assisted me with the correct settings, thank you guys!!!!
