Axxess send invoice without confirming service

Hi All,

Does anybody have an issue with Axxess. I got an invoice from them today without even having a confirmation of service and I'm still running active on telkom. I',not paying for something I don't get.

Any contact details where you can actually get hold of them would be greatly appreciated since they don't answer their phone.... EVER
 
There is a Axxess rep on MYBB. I think its Axxess Lady or something like that.

I think their accounts team lets them down a bit. I have a credit with them but still received an invoice for this month. Invoice does not show the credit amount. Will have to check if they actually deducted this month's money from my bank account or my credit.

Agreed, been billed for something not delivered!

My first experience with them, communication also seems to be the primary issue for me at the moment. If you could call and speak to somebody to clear the matter up it would provide a much less painful experience and lead to the likelihood of people recommending them to friends/family.

Phone them. 9/10 times it is actually a pleasant experience.
 
I think there is a general billing issue, also received a early invoice today.
 
Thanks Lord Farquart, calling is usually my 1st option, do you perhaps have a number that they actually answer?

I have dialed 0861 300 900 and 041 396 8000 countless times with no answer whatsoever on the other side
 
I have to say though - that "The Axxess Lady" is being most helpful

I think there is a general billing issue, also received a early invoice today.
:confused: I usually get and pay against a pro-forma invoice for the next months service around the 20th and the actual invoice on the 1st, no different this month.
