As far as I'm concerned, you can't receive voice calls on the Axxess sim card. Reason being that it is a data only sim.

No you can not receive calls or make. It's a data only sim.

If you want to receive calls and sms and make I suggest getting a prepaid MTN simcard and buying the apn option from Axxess. You get all the benefits from MTN prepaid while still getting the great data rates from Axxess.

Last time I checked only contract MTN customers could add third-party apn.

Must have been a long time since you checked because it is all over mybb and other sites that it now works on MTN prepaid simcards.
