Hi, is anybody else having problems with axxess,i dialup to my account but nothing loads,i tried afrihost,cybersmart and telkom and they are all fine. It was fine untill i restarted my pc, so not sure if its axxess or something is broken ;/

Axxess has gone to sh*t recently. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't their prepaid vouchers on the SAIX network before?

I cancelled my Express+ account with them last month. Their new techies are also clueless.
What they told me, is that they did not "capture" all the uncapped accounts in time, so now they are off! This is the most lame and pathetic excuse I have ever heard. They do not respond to tickets, their phone does not get answered and generally, when you do get thru, they put you on hold and cut you off.
