damn yeah! I second that, come on Axxess.....we love the uncapped, but not the price :)
 
I have the same problem on my 384 uncapped fibre. I think the speeds are being throttled! Or some kind of timeout mechanism is in place. I cant even browse, have to refresh several times in browser before page download. this sucks. Download speeds are already not what it is supposed to be and now the browsing as well. Doesn't matter which ISP you go to for uncapped. All ISP's backbone into IS. They say all the roads leads to IS..... I mean Rome!!!
 
My downloads are all sorted Averaging 421kb/s - Thanks Dudly
 
The dl speed via news servers on the 384fiber is top notch , 400 - 430 everytime / all the time . My question is just why the d*mn slow browsing response ? A normal telkom acc + 384 line kills my 4096 line running uncapped fiber :( . Not to mention the latency .

My browsing is so sluggish it doesn't even load pages properly (384 fibre)
 
yeah having the same problems the last two or three days web browsing is killing me :)
 
I havent at all had any problems, but I only use nntp. 420 all the way (except 8-8) :-P
