had a look at my axxess accounts & saw this, never seen it before - what is an "undefined" account ?

While you're paying attention to the forums again, could you please address the back-pedalling on your business accounts? There is a LOT of distaste from this move, and you're almost guaranteed to lose your highest paying customers at this rate.
