I have to say that Im planning on moving to axxess. Been on Afrihost for years. But their payment options suck. However the clincher was this week. Im on a business 4mbps line. Hardly had internet the past few days. Went out to get a range extender as i also moved my modem. After 2 days of struggling i call in, was on hold for about 45min, and then a notification that they apologise as there is little to no internet access in my area for the past few days. Didnt receive any notification of delayed service or problems. No refund for unusable days, paying around R800pm. Axxess however offers the same speed on business package with no shaping or throttling for R569. Free Static IP as well and i called and was answered within seconds. But i also feel everyone has to try service providers and decide for themselves.
