Axxess you suck!

All that AUP just BS and inability of ISP to follow business rules.
I understand situation that everything in SA is expensive and ISP cannot buy unlimited bandwidth. But once they reach some amount of customers, they should STOP accepting more clients! Second, if they have to shape "unlim" users, they DO NOT provide full service and should give money back proportionally shaping. If I pay R300 and get only 1/3 of full speed, my R200 should be with me. This is fair for both sides and prevents ISP from cheating with us.

Well if that's what you want buy a business account. Axxess business accounts are quite cheap.

Probably something like 30GB. Even after the "managed" state, streaming is still fine. Browsing is fine. Gaming is fine. Downloads is pretty much all that gets killed.

Realy?? after 30 gigs? then slowed down for a month? I was considering moving from MWEB (4mbps standard) account to access, because MWEB throttles me after 110gig. It sounds like Axxess is even worse then MWEB...

I am sharing a 4mbps line with 2 other guys, mostly for gaming and Streaming. Now I need to upgrade to the MWEB 4mbps premium account to accommodate us all. I was considering getting the Axxess 10mbps package(because 10mbps > 4mbps). We will average about 250 / 350 gig per month, depending on if we are home on weekends or not.

Basically, the 4mbps premium uncapped MWEB account cost about the same as a Axxess 10mbps package. I know that the MWEB package will be sufficient regarding to the cap threshold. Do you guys think that the Axxess package could compare to this?

The MWEB 4Meg premium only throttles at 400gigs. Rather stay with that.

I used to recommend axxess to everyone, and if they don't like axxess, I'll punch them, as simple as that!

Now... axxess changed from the BEST ISP to the WORST ISP ever!!!!!

wtf is going on with axxess???!!!

0861 300 900 always puts u in a queue, and makes you listen to the awesome tune "your wonderful, you beautiful" tune :erm: and makes you wait forever and then if your lucky, it hangs up on you

I've got a 10meg uncapped setup.

pingtest gives me a D rating, speedtest give me around 1~3meg fluctuating heavy, max 7meg, it used to be solid 10meg line, for this entire year, until they started with their free account speed upgrades +bragging newsletters
