Hey
I am having such a huge issue with axxess.
My mtn fixed Lte sim card 100 + 100gb was delivered d on Monday the 30th of August
I put the sim card on the router, followed instructions and it was still not working. When I called the customer care service they said that there was an outstanding invoice and I had to call the accounts department(I had sent my POP twice before this the week before it was delivered) . On Tuesday morning at 8am I had called the accounts department and had sorted the invoice out. But when I came back from work the wifi was still not working. I called customer care service back and they said the invoice issue was sorted but could take 72 hours. I was assured by their agent that it was not an invoice issue so I shouldn't worry about that as I explained that I was not willing to wait 72 hours just for them to tell me the same thing.
72 hours later, It is now Thursday when I called the customer care service again. We went through all the steps just for the agent to tell me that my account was deleted because of an outstanding invoices. I do not understand this as on my portal it does not show any indication of a deleted account.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
