Apparently I am falling apart,

I have tennis AND golfers elbow,
I have back pain (near my spine) for about 4 days after doing any chest exercise.

The tennis elbow will probably go away with time however the back thing has been around for a year and a half,

Only hurts when I exercise, however doesn't seem to go away with rest (I have rested it for over 3 months) did some push ups last night and bam its back (just slightly to the left of my spine in my upper back)

What do I do?

Been to physio- no go
Been to Chiro - nada

Whats next? GP?

IIRC there is no solution to this. Just have to live with it. Get a Dr to give you some nice pain meds /drool

Do you sit a lot?

buy a gym ball to replace your office chair for at least 50% of the time.
To find the right size ball: Thigh and lower leg should build a 90 degree angle when sitting one the ball.

You should try some yoga or stretching exercises especially for the back, first thing in the morning. In the evening again if you can. Really helps me with my back problems. The gym ball also helps alot.

Gym balls as chair replacements often make back pain worse.

not really only if you have really weak muscles and once you've developed all the muscles you have never pain in your back again.

I also support the idea with the yoga exercises

Stretch
Stretch
Stretch

Avoid sitting for extended periods

Make sure bed is supportive AND comfortable

Try a biokineticist?

Hurt my lower back middle of December moving and setting paving stones, luckily for me its coming right since Monday, rest did the trick for me.

I (and many others) don't trust chiropractors, so I would avoid them.

See a different physio and a biokineticist. Mention scoliosis to them and they should be able to give you an indication if you should get x-rays to confirm.

I think a friend of mine finally went to see a neurologist, and it turns out his vertabrae are misshaped in some way. The prescription was to see a biokineticist to strengthen his back, and then probably spinal surgery later in life.

The core of the answer is almost always the same though. Get your back strong.

A bad back is a bad back and no amount of muscle changes would alter that.

Which is why I don't like the idea of people being so liberal with the exercise ball advice as it's been proven to do more hard than good.

It's called an EXERCISE ball for a reason, not a chair.
