Posting this because I was talking with a friend just now and he said he has back pain.

I also used to have back pain. Not chronic, but every few months I would get terrible upper back pain to the point where I couldn't turn my head and every position hurt so I would just lie down as much as possible and wait for it to pass which usually took several days.

Then one day my girlfriend sent me this video and I tried the exercises and couldn't believe how good it felt. Really stretched all the right places.

That was like 3 years ago and since then I've been doing this every few days (you can also tweak the movements to hit the right spots) and have never had back problems again.

Here is the video (tried to upload to Youtube for on-site streaming but video got banned for copyright):

Thanks a lot for sharing.

Definitely going to give it a try. Exercises looks pretty "simple".

“My back still hurts a little bit. I'm like, can AI please solve back pain? That would be a huge one. And I think it will,” Musk said, adding, “Back pain sucks. I think that's maybe why people get grumpy when they get old — because of back pain.”

Yeah exactly, super simple. Definitely not a half-hour yoga routine at sunrise.

I find also raising my elbows in the first exercise kinda like if I was a puppet on a string really hits those spots under the shoulder blades, so I start with elbows low and then lift them slightly higher each "rep" till they reach above the shoulder, also changing the angle of motion to get the full range going.

Anyways, let us know how it goes.
