Why is it that companies are not improving their email response times? If they could do that, then nobody would have to call them. I just don't get it.
 
The email issue is ridiculous. Try and sort anything out via email, which is my preference, and it almost always results in an email back,late, that doesn't answer my question/concern/complaint and urges me to Phone In.
