In case anyone searches for them, and comes across this thread.

Was a little skeptical since the company is relatively new and unknown so I took a chance and ordered the Backbone Controller. Take my advice and order with comfort and peace of mind. Absolutely brilliant service. Lwazi is a brilliant guy, well informed, honest and provides a really good service with that personal touch. I'll use them again anytime. Personally delivered the product. We had some delays but that was due to Aramex the courier and not Madrox themselves. Really happy customer. Will return.
