Handheld gaming console options

Hi

I am questioning between getting a "proper" gaming consoler (https://mybroadband.co.za/news/gami...-battle-what-you-can-get-in-south-africa.html) vs taking an old iPhone 11 with a backbone/razer controller. Also the price difference is 2-5x more with a dedicated console.

I am a bit out of the loop on gaming consoles and historically used PlayStation, so I have less experience with the new gen of handheld consoles.

If you start there, people can provide options.

But mostly it is a Steam deck or Switch

Depends on your budget and which games you want to play, personally I'd suggest looking at the Steam Deck.

Rog Ally, Legion Go can actually use any of your steam, epic, battle net whatever games. Plus in SA a lot more available

Well technically you could make it work, but technically you could you a cactus to wipe your butt.

Do you already have a Steam Library, if so, get the Steam Deck.
