Backing up a folder

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if it was possible to backup a folder (any folder), from one pc to another over your basic wifi home network. Also if there was some kind of program that would do it automatically every few days?

I need to backup my work folder regularly and would like to use my old pc for that purpose, in case my current pc broke down i won't have any delay on my work that way.
