BackTrack is very good. Make sure to check your email and facebook etc,etc while using BT5. While you at it perhaps do some internet banking for good measure in BT5.

You can always roll your own. This article is for KDE but the same procedure applies to XFCE.

I have a 64GB USB 3 flash drive that could be used for that pupose. In fact I also have a small 8GB Sandisk Cruzer Fit that could also do the job perfectly.
