Bad 8ta download speeds

Hey,

Just want to know why my speeds are so erratic. Sometimes my download speeds are 250kBps + but other times its much lower 80kBps. I use it at home so my location doesn't change and I have the 60Gb bundle. My speeds usually drop in the afternoon, is this because of high traffic? What can I do to resolve this issue? I checked my location and I am meant to have good coverage.

This is the speeds that i got from the SPEEDTEST on my bb:

"Test conducted on 03 October 2012 12:22:16 PM

Download Speed: 645 kbps (80.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 650 kbps (81.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 159 ms"

Strangely I use to get average of 2mbps anytime about 3 months ago, now its like this.
About 300m south and north of my place i get full signal, now it's 1-2 bars signal strength.
