Bad Driving thread

Couple of random observations.

Need to up my game with the publishing of this... titles and all that. Which decent video editor do you guys recommend?

The free version is more than good enough for most, download the non-studio version (so download, left side of the pop-up) and stick with the default install settings.

Did so, but now it comes up with "No DaVinci resolve panels found, check that your davinci resolve panel is connected via USB" message...:unsure:

That is the rule for a traffic circle. For a mini circle is first-come-first-go, like a 4 way stop.
From the Learners Guide:

Name: Yield at traffic circle (R2.2)
Where: At traffic circles, particularly mini circles.
Purpose: To warn you that there is a traffic circle ahead where they must expect to yield.
Action: Look out for other vehicles and yield to vehicles already in the circle or that will cross the yield line at their entrance to the circle before you will cross yours. Stop if necessary.
• The driver who reaches his/her yield line first may proceed first.
• At a mini circle you must, as at a normal intersection, signal in time in which direction you want to turn.

In front of Bayside, there are quite a few circles on this road, everyone treats them as full-on circles, hasn't ever caused an issue.

Now this one has caused quite a few issues with people in the left-hand lane going straight and I've nearly been hit twice in the last year, one of them being a cop.

You can clearly see in the second pic that they decided to change the turning lanes from the standard procedure for a two lane traffic circle.

Normal procedure in a two lane traffic circle:

Left lane goes straight (second exit) or takes the first exit.
Right lane goes straight (second exit) or takes the third exit or fourth exit.

Also only really works if the exit also has two lanes.

That was before they extended the circle, it's been like that for a very long time/since there's been two lanes at that circle (the image capture from Google is August 2017).

The problem is not traffic circles, the problem is that there are people driving vehicles that don't know what yield means, they ignore road markings and signs, and they don't give a crap in general.

Experienced my first excessive roadraged driver today, to the point where he brought me to a standstill on the n1 south just after william nicol and then chased me down and cut me off on the malibongwe offramp. Running after my car through traffic with some object and banged my windscreen. And he wanted to try again at the oxford robots on malibongwe but I drove off into the inner roads.

Incredibly excessive for a fight all because his kia picanto was able to fit in the little following space between my vehicle and the car in front and I raised my hand (not a bird, just, what are you doing).

I was evasive the entire time, but there where moments with lots of traffic and the only thing to was to sit like a duck and wait for the attack or drive over him to get away. I was alone this time and decided to let it get close to an attack while waiting for gaps in traffic
.
But if one has family, the only way out is to drive and knock over the aggressor. Which becomes attempted murder and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.

What are one's options really in situations like these? Its just someone who has more ego and wanted a fight/to cause damage.
