Bad Driving thread

Common issue at this intersection, there is a separate light for turning across the intersection that people often ignore.


One of my biggest issues on the road is others predictability, like this biker who indicated left and drove slower and slower until I passed him and he did a uturn behind me in front of another car.

 

Once more, my favourite spot. No one seems to care about this red light.
The guy behind me even started to hoot at me when I didn't go through.
 
I got out here on the wrong side of the right side of the road, I didn't think anything of the road cones as there was no other road signage...


Traffic stops for an ambulance which causes much frustration for the BMW driver...

 
Someone who doesn't understand how to use traffic circles.
Guy came flying up the road, he had to slam on brakes.

 
BMW Driver decides at the last second he needs to take N1 to Midrand, cuts across 4 lanes, almost taking out several cars.

Description: 7/10/2020 "I was towing the float with Tucky my treasured horse in it, turning into my own driveway. Sorry for the language. 40 zone at bottom of hill and lucky kids weren't walking up the street. He was unlicensed, charged with dangerous driving and overtook the other 6 cars behind me too. I had a horse on the float worth more than his car. Cops said I was in the right turning into my driveway."

This morning. R55 onramp to the N14 towards Pretoria.

Road is a 3-lane road, leftmost lane is left-only to the onramp. Other lanes are straight only towards Olieven and Sandton.

Entitled people love to turn left from the middle lane to the onramp.

This morning I was first at the traffic light (yay!!) and as I pulled away I noticed out of the corner of my eye an Entitled Person turning left.

So what do I do? Took the turn extra wide, forcing him to go to the guard rail, which he politely declined, and showed his irritation by flipping me the bird.

Aw shame, next time obey the traffic rules then?

No video but probably me, but it wasn't my fault!
Got to a big intersection where the traffic lights were out, everyone doing the right thing, waiting their turn. I think when I'm about 2 cars from the front the lights go from completely off to flashing red, I did see that but it didn't register that it meant the lights were about to start working again. At the front I'm just watching the cars for my turn, as I take off I look up and see it's actually solid red for me, and green for cars coming from the side. Luckily the cars approaching were going pretty slowly, plus the guys behind me also didn't pick up the fact that the lights were working and also just took off. But yeah, could have gone all wrong.
 
Ignored a stop sign completely, may have ignored a traffic circle but I was too far away to tell and then blocks another traffic circle because they had to head back the same way they cam for some reason...
