This sign near the end indicates it's dual lane ending in that direction, the section of which starts near the beginning of the video. So he is just overtaking slower traffic on the left that didn't move over to left?

Yes, he is undertaking, two cars and a truck if I remember correctly.

i see nothing wrong assuming he wasnt excessively speeding, if anything you two slowed down once the road opened up and never moved left, if there is someone behind you and you have no intention to overtake the guy in front of you then move left...you arent a speed cop

I am not sure the bakkie and truck in front of me that didn't move over will see this post but perhaps you can track them down and let them know.

I think the first two characters are JJ, so JJ 68 YG GP and if my memory is correct, speed limit is 80km/h at this section.

I checked Google Earth, it may 60km/h as it is just after where the Build It and Shell garage are which is a 60km/h section.

How did I cause him to overtake me on the left? I was waiting for slower traffic ahead of me to move over which they never did, the driver behind me does not have right of way over the traffic ahead in a situation like this . There is no big deal, it was an observation I shared in this post, you came in accusing me of being a speed cop.

If you drive in the right hand lane you're going to get burned. Doesn't matter if you were in the clear or not.

There was no need for me to move to the left as I intended to overtake the slower vehicles in front of me who never moved over. There is no accusation from me, he clearly undertook which may not strictly be illegal but is a dick move none the less.

I found that out before I posted first post about this video, but then I also looked at what infraction was supposedly done, and I am still unable to find the problem.
