Probably not, these people have no clue about the rules of the road, they will pull in front of anyone to do an illegal u-turn on a highway, inconveniencing all other road users. I see this kind of %$#@ so often, people are exceptionally selfish, only concerned with their own destination and welfare. They usually have ANC or EFF bumper stickers.

I don't even bother to post red light jumpers now...it's become the norm rather than the exception. On my way to Lancet labs yesterday, I narrowly missed 3x accidents. Taxi suddenly making a u-turn in the middle of the road, drunk char bali not on his lane and a van not stopping at a 4-way stop with dead robots.

Quite happy I don't live in GP then, very rare occurrence of jumping red in CT, can only think of a handful of cases in heavy traffic over the last few years, and then pretty much always taxis.
4 way stop, yeah, moderately recent case of nearly getting hit by a dude doing an easy 60 through one, was actually also a GP driver, sadly my camera was facing forward and I was already in the intersection, else would have probs uploaded it.
