The UK police call it an RTC, Road Traffic Collision, which is proper. Cause someone is either willfully or negligently at fault. Every head on collision someone drove on the wrong side of the road for some reason.

Regret Nothing truck .... is probably regretting this.
Thankfully it did not end up on it's side and they were loading back some of the crates on to the truck.
Also thankfully this was not one week prior since last Saturday more than 2000 cyclist took that corner on the 99er cycle race - me included.
