They have a deathwish. Do not stand anywhere close to those cars, walk back a bit, not not in the direction the traffic is going turn around and go back, stay as close to the barrier as possible. Do not try playing frogger either, that will not end well either.

But yeah those barriers and freeways is scary as can be, left lane is also the passing/fast lane.

and that lady that got taken out had her back to the traffic then the dude in the white shirt jumps back down after nearly getting taken out, then gets nearly taken out again and then it finally computes to stay up on the barrier.

Emergency lane is to the right (the shoulder). Yep across a 4 lane highway not supposed to stop in the left lane.
