Bad Experience - Billing Related

I took out a data messenger plus contract (40mb) as I thought it would suit my needs. I dont plan to use it often, and with the 2 month roll over 80mb should be enough for the odd occasion when I need the 3G to work (away from the office etc).

I went away this weekend (in my first month of taking the contract) so there was only a pro-rata 34mb remaining. Knowing that I had to use it before I could activate a bundle...I thought I would try a little.

When I checked last night, it said I still had data available - even though I thought how can this be. Anyway, I tried to add a bundle on vodacom4me. It seemed to accept my bundle request, and I left it for the night. Today, I tried to see if my budle was activated...and there was nothing. I tried again this afternoon to add a bundle, and again - there is no way to tell if the bundle had been added.

My previous experience has been with prepaid, you click add bundle and the bundle is added.

I am now sitting in a situation where I have no idea how much data I have actually used, how many bundles I have purchased or how much I am going to be hit for at the end of the month. I feel completely in the dark and almost feel like tossing the contract card, and going back to prepaid.

(The whole idea of the contact was that I dont know when I am going to need it - so it's nice to know that there is always some mb's waiting for when I need to log on).

It takes several days for bundles to appear on Vodacom4Me. I was also worried when I added a bundle and emailed their help - after 4 days they replied! Instructed me to take Simcard out of modem, put it into cellphone, dial a number and get the data balance. Phew, you must be kidding! Anyway, after about 7 days it finally showed.

On a side point, it is damn hard to get into the screen which shows one's data balance - half of the time one cannot get in!
 
155 just says I have no out of bundle data charges and they can't see any bundles loaded :/

Its just very frustrating to be in the dark! I think real time billing for contract data customers should be top priority!
