Bad experience with restaurant, good with mr D

Hi..I recently ordered a pizza from this shop "Chippo's grill and pizza" ...as there was a 1+1 offer...now, the pizza was really bad..it seemed that they had added a whole jar of salt to the pizza..both the pizzas had the same problem..this was really not acceptable to me , not just from taste point of view, but more importantly health point of view..has anyone tried them.?..is this a frequent problem with them..?.

The restaurant was unreachable via call , so I contacted Mr D and they immediately registered my complaint and they refunded back the food amount instantly to my Mr D wallet ..i asked for pickup back of other pizza which I hadn't eaten , but they told they don't do this ..this made me think that , is Mr D service always so good..?...let say in cases when food is really late (way later than scheduled arrival time), and it becomes cold, do they refund back in that case also..?.has anyone tried it .?..or is it that since my complaint was related to a food health issue , that's why they refunded me..?..
 
They do this the first few times to win over new customers, then afterwards they stop being so accommodating. Last complain I made (ice cold pizza and black avo etc) received a "Sorry" and that's about it.

Hi ..that's makes sense..I am a relatively new customer with mr D...acc to your experience, is there a time frame, they stop accomodating your complaints like 1-2 months from the first order or let's say after first n number of orders..what's your experience been .?
 
Mr D is a scam and should not be supported, it should be boycotted and allowed to die.

You are just lucky, personally had and know of many terrible service experiences.

I'm sure if you "complain" too many times you will get blacklisted from Mr.D

but thats like any other business

we dont know if OP is lying

and his definition of too much salt is cause of his taste buds or what

and who adds salt to pizzas as well

but yeah i never ever order food from any delivery service , the hassle if something goes wrong is too much

i used to go outside the store when there is those 50% off promotions and order if for delivery, go inside and tell the cashier im here to collect cos no collcet option she can call the driver and il take the food

that way i always got good food but lately havnt bothered with any delivery app
