Bad intl pings - anyone else?

I'm getting very bad ping results, especially to servers in the USA. When I do voice chats, it breaks up really bad. It's only been like this today though.

I'm on WA SAIX shaped. Are there network problems now that anyone's aware of?

I chose the New York server, got 950ms pings.
But it's very intermittent. Good/bad/good/bad.

I don't really have a problem browsing sites but when I do VOIP chats, it breaks up quite a bit, as if it's shaped beyond belief. I never have problems with that, maybe it's because it's the end of the month, so everyone's killing the network with big downloads?

Quite possible.. Public Holidays affecting normal usage perhaps..

pings times are fine for google . could b 15-20ms lower thou.
