After 6 months of calls,once only a Tech guy who came out(who told me he will report the issues)
I am paying for an internet service which is not properly given in return,been ever slow for the 6 month period
Dropped signals,bad service and the worst call centre people that promise help but are useless as the service they are promoting and selling
If it was not for this lockdown i would cancel this service long ago
Only words i can say
Useless,non helpful

I logged into your router and made a couple of changes, see if it works better now, let us know?

What does 6 months mean? This issues going on from January with Telkom trying to fix an ADSL via a computer at there call centre
Dnt ask how many calls later it is still getting worst by the day

I have had this issue with Telkom, waited for about 6 or seven months for them to install ADSL, after many, many, many angry calls the person on the other side of the line said that it will be quicker to do Fibre as ADSL is slowly being phased out, and 1 week later after that call I had Fibre
 
not that you are wrong but so many others too
No other telecoms company comes close to Telkom on bad service. Telkom is one of the few companies that you keep paying years after you have cancelled your service with them
