Bad Vodacom Store service

You know, I was at the Vodacome Store at Canal Walk today, and the line was long, I waited 30 min to get helped. I went to fetch my phone that was in for repairs. So the guy says he will go fetch it. He comes back later (10 min) and says he cant find the phone and that he is waiting for his supervisor to come back.

I waited 15 minutes, then left, because I have better things to do.
Im going to go back this evening and see if they have found it yet or not, otherwise I want a new replacement.

The worst part is, this and many other crap happens ALL the time.
The guy next to me had been back 5 times! for the same thing. He just wanted his phone back, they offered him replacements, upgrades, etc.

I can just imagine how many other problems that store goes through in a day.

Terrible service and terrible management from that store.
If I had a choice, I would NEVER deal with Vodacom again.
 
You don't have to, lucky for us there is now something called number porting ;)

Hellopeter is your friend, probably won't help much but at least it allows you to vent a little and see that you're not alone.
