Bandwidth usage e-mail

I changed my profile on helpdesk to use my wbs e-mail address (not my alias) and I received 2 notifications this morning. I can only imagine that it sent it to my 'real' address and the alias. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
yeah but i dont think thats the reason, i recieved 2 today too but haven't changed my address and dont use my wbs mail to get notifications

Telling me twice that their bandwidth meter is not working, as both e-mails stated zero usage ... now thats clever! :D
 
and all the time eating more bandwith, which later will magically show up from nowhere.
 
i changed mine on friday, worked great, this morning I got 2 emails

Same here, got two e-mails, both showing a greater amount of bandwidth being used than I actually have O_o
 
so do they charge for clicking the check box to send you an email? lol
