E-Mail settings for Telkom mail address

Afrihost is my Internet service provider, but I use my Telkom e-mail address.
I simply cannot get my e-mail to work. Would anyone be able to guide me through the settings for IMSP and SMTP, including port numbers, SSL settings and other security settings that I need.
Would the settings be different for a Windows PC and my Vodacom cell phone?

Hi.

Telkom will not accept mail from anyone other than their network.
We have SMTP port 25 closed due to spam, as it is unauthenticated.
