Bandwith "missing", again!

Has anyone else ever noticed a differance between how much bandwith SAIX says they have used and what there ISP say's. This is now the second time it's happend to me, SAOL say's I have arround 800mb left but SAIX say's I have 1,4gigs. The same thing happend 2 months ago and SAOL said that it was just that SAIX didnt pick up one session and that they would correct it at the end of the month but SAIX never did correct it and when I asked SAOL what was going on they said I would have to contact SAIX to find out. So is this realy saix's problem or is SAOL cheating me?

You are not allowed to contact SAIX, your ISP has to contact them on your behalf. (Last I heard)

They use there figures, last time it happend I got capped on the 25th thinking I still had 400mb left.

Ok because presumably SAIX bill SAOL based on the SAIX figures, so then SAOL are making a nice bit of extra profit there...

Sounds like it's time for you to find a new ISP

devide the smaller number by 1000 and multiply it by 1024? is the answer equal to the greater number? could be a definition of mb being wrong but i doubt it. just a shot though.
