Bank with No 3D Secure

Hi,
I'm looking for a bank that does credit card processing without the need for 3D secure.

Can you recommend which bank does this?

My absa visa credit card does not need 3d secure to buy online, also my FNB cheque visa card does not need it also.

Afaik, the ultimate choice whether to enforce 3D secure lies with the vendor.
In other words, if you want to buy something from an online vendor who requires 3D secure, and your credit card doesn't support it, they won't allow you to purchase from them using that card.

I've had this happen on the DSTV website, for example.

The reason is that, in order for vendors to shift liability for fraud to the banks, most banks now require 3D secure to be implemented, otherwise liability lies with the vendor. For this reason, many vendors now simply ensist on 3D secure across the board.

We begged our bank (FNB) to remove the need for 3D Secure Verification. They said that even if we give them authority to remove it, they will not do so as it is their policy to force 3D Secure Verification.
