Off course he knows something the media is trying to keep from you. Like the threat that Al queda would have a significant presence at the World cup soccer. Specifically the game between the Us and the British. Methinks that the bomb was built into the stadium.

The North African terrorist group, Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), has threatened to attack the upcoming FIFA Soccer World Cup in South Africa.
Pretoria, South Africa - CBS News reports the terrorist group made the threat on the radical online website Mushtaqun Lel Jannah (Longing for Paradise). According to CBS, the statement reads:
How amazing could the match United States vs. Britain be when broadcasted live on air at a stadium packed with spectators when the sound of an explosion rumbles through the stands, the whole stadium is turned upside down and the number of dead bodies are in their dozens and hundreds, Allah willing.

There has been no response to the threat from South African security agencies.

If i were you guys, i would give the World Cup Soccer a miss. I think it is good advice to avoid crowds in the interim.

Apparently you need an amount similar to a sixpack to create a Nuclear bomb. This ( 1000 pounds) is how much Pelindaba admits they have. Also, he says that it is not very radioactive and you can handle it with your bare hands.. In other words: a small nuclear device (the size of a sixpack) inside the re-inforced concrete won't be picked up.

Pelindaba holds more than a thousand pounds of HEU, and it uses some of it to make medical products. South Africa calls the plant is a "national key point," a facility with the highest security.

A similar method was recently used (in Russia?) to kill a guy. The explosive device was cast into the concrete close to where the podium was supposed to be. All the perps or terrorists had to do is wait until someone worthy came along to deliver a speech....
Apparently the guy was blown to bits.As well as half the people that came to listen to the speech.

American security would have a MUCH larger footprint and a MUCH larger presence in SA

Barack Obama is stirring up the pot so that the US can have reason to attack Iran. Remember, much of the US's dominance is based on the fact that the US DOllar is currently (but who knows for how long) still the world's reserve currency. Loosing reserve currency status would also be a blow to US supremacy. American NeoCon's aggression may have something to with Iran trading oil in currencies other than the USD, which undermines American supremacy.

"On the same night last week that four robbers shot an emergency officer at Pelindaba" - South Africa's most important atomic facility - "another attempt was made to bypass the nuclear site's security," according to The Sowetan. It was not long ago - in 1990 to be precise - that this institution was involved in the South Africa's nuclear weapons production. The assumption must be that there would be no computer records of this process on the premises. But there may well be invaluable research and data stored at the facility on the process of producing weapons-grade nuclear material at Pelindaba.

Marisa Sketo, 46, allegedly also helped to export the nuclear weapon parts illegally from South Africa to Pakistan. She is facing charges under the Weapons of Mass
Destruction Act. The trial has been rescheduled for January 23, according to a court official.

An unnamed US source reportedly told the TV station the parts she allegedly helped to smuggle to
Pakistan were "rapid high-voltage electric switches".
A nuclear weapons expert, who did not want to be named, said these switches "were used in nuclear weapons." Most likely he is referring to
Krytron detonation switches or similar switches.
