I am correct in stating that the other nuclear device is out there somewhere.

In a case of a broken arrow, usually it it advisable not to discuss it. Why do you think Zuma was summoned to meet with Barrack Obama? For a cup of tea? Nuclear is what they are discussing.
 
The title is misleading. I thought that Obama warned the terries he'll nuke em if they don't play nice :)

Destruction Act. The trial has been rescheduled for January 23, according to a court official.

An unnamed US source reportedly told the TV station the parts she allegedly helped to smuggle to
Pakistan were "rapid high-voltage electric switches".
A nuclear weapons expert, who did not want to be named, said these switches "were used in nuclear weapons." Most likely he is referring to
Krytron detonation switches or similar switches.

The journalist at the Sowetan seems to be under the illusion that Tv is being broadcast from Pretoria. It might possibly also mean that the government (in Pretoria)TV broadcaster (SABC) did the honours.

The way all empires end. The last few years/decades of an empire is all-out war until it's wars bankrupt them. For the USA it will be no different.

In case you don't know (or even you don't understand what it is) but the USA has so much foreign debt (bonds) that it's now more risky to borrow money to the US Government than to a company like Berkshire Hathaway (managed by the most wealthy man on the planet, Warren Buffet).
Expect the USA to default in some way within the next 5 years. Because then most of their debts is due to be refinanced, which they can't afford.
The US has so much debt that the only way they can pay is either to default on their debts (declare bankruptcy) or by hyper inflation (like Zimbabawe).
The USG is paying their debts with their own printed money, inflation.

South African (ANC) government is making some of the same mistakes. Handouts, debt, pawning the future of your children, socialist ideals, cronies, it's starting to resemble a Cleptocracy like Haiti The mistake one can make is to have trust in government and politicians 'to do the right thing'.

If just have a look at the following video's and documents from Dr. Ron Paul, one of a few honest politicians on the planet. I wish we had a Ron Paul in South Africa.

Seems as if you were busy googling.
At first you pretended not to know anything about the missing nuke. You now seem to be the knowledgable expert. LOL!
I thought about this last night.
It would be better if we do not discuss this subject anymore. Some things we should not talk about. This and what caused the Helderberg plane disaster are two of them.
