Did your parents receive anything as yet?
I finally got an email from Bargain Bay with a SAPO tracking number, but SAPO Site is constantly under maintenance, so hard to confirm if real or not.
So emailed SAPO.

No, nothing. Not even a reply to our e-mails. My dad has put in recall request with his bank, it costs R263, but I fear it may be too late.
