I have a samsung notebook which I think needs to be formatted and the OS etc installed.

Now i dont have the discs for Windows 7 and Office.

1: Can I download the packages from a legit source?
2: How can I install them with no issue

The de, en, and nl in front of - windows.iso is language.
It is legit and you need a genuine key to activate. It is also clean. Just download your system drivers for win 7 and make double sure you have everything covered. Good luck

It should have a recovery partition that will allow you to do a factory reset.

Yes you can. Use Windows Loader to install the OEM certificate.
