Well, I miserably failed to create an alias username to post this but it doesn't seem to work at the POE (Place of Employment).

Moving on...I'm picking up the SO straight after work to go to the Cine...don't worry, my PC is still backing up the Internet whilst I will be gone.

We haven't been to the Cinema to watch (obviously) anything recently and it's my turn to choose the movie. The last few times we went we watched her choice of movies (I love me some good RomCom now and then but it can be watched at home gdammit!)

So now I'm between a rock and a hard place...Spider-ma'am or Batma'am?

I thoroughly enjoyed the Spiderman trilogy but I was young and naive. The last two Batman movies didn't impress me that much.

I'm tipping towards Spiderman but any constructive advice would be deeply appreciated :D
 
If the last Batma'am movie didn't impress you then there's no point watching this one.
 
If you didn't like the last 2 Batman movies (and you're mad btw :D) then you probably wouldn't enjoy the 3rd one.

The new Spiderman movie has a darker style, similar to the recent Batman movies. So you may not enjoy either.

My pick would be Batman, or even better, both.

Personally I love it... I think I was born at just the right time... when the first batman movies came out I enjoyed them because I was a kid, now when the more serious batman movies are coming out I'm enjoying them because I'm older.
 
The Amazing Spiderman was literally amazing! I've heard mixed reviews of the new Batman from my friends, so from my point of view I'd recommend Spiderman.
