Batteries for Xbox controllers

Which batteries should I use to replace the ones in my Xbox 360 controllers? Are rechargeable ones fine? Is 2100mAh ok? Or should i just replace them with the normal alkaline ones the controllers came with?

Any, rechargable are fine and probably best cost wise.

Higher the mha, the longer the battery between charges.

Rechargeables all the way - Otherwise you won't have money for games

Best to get one of these with a recharge kit. Then you can recharge while you play.

Thanx for the help. I got myself a set (4) of 2100mAh for my 2 wireless controllers.

Consider get a Play and Charge Kit. I have used rechargeable batteries before and it fails when compared to the Kit.

A big +1 from my side. Normal rechargeable batteries don't last half as long as the Play and charge kit.

I get good life out of the NiMH batteries I use.
