Battery connection

Hi, how would I go about connecting 6 100ah 12v batterys to a 3kva 24v inverter, is it possible? Current I have 2 12v so thats easy lol. I'm guessing it would be a series/parallel connection but I'm not sure how to connect 6 batterys. Thanks!

Can you connect 2 in series for one bank of 24V?

That looks like what you would do if you were connecting a 72V inverter, I think he wants to connect 6 batteries for 24V.

Three 24V banks in parallel.

Sure you will get the idea, remove one bank and you will have your connection.

That's the one thanks.

So two banks of "method 3". All cables same length.

+ and - cables to inverter same length and short as possible.

Method 3 keeps the bank balanced the most apparently.

You are going to have 3 banks of 24 volt batteries going to inverter
Please for the love of God ensure that the cable lengths going to inverter are exactly to the cm the exact same length
I am not going to preach again how important this is when you have miltiple banks
I learnt my lesson the hard way years ago

Im using 10 batteries in parallel
Theyre all 100% healthy today

You are using a bolt to join the wires. Do you have a nut in between the lugs (lug/nut/lug/nut) or are all the lugs together?

1 bolt and then all the lugs on and then 1 nylock bolt on other end, nice and tight

I hope that is Lead acid and not LiFePO4's?

Cause 99% of the 100 AH LiFePO4 BMS cant do 2 x 3/Serial x Parallel
