Hi guys, I have a Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G, had it for a little over 2 years now. Great phone, no complaints there.
But the battery is basically fried, I am a power user (abuser) when it comes to phones as I work from mine pretty much all day.

I contacted a few places about getting the battery replaced and nobody seems to be able to. I have owned laptops that basically required surgery to get the battery out, but I was always able to find a battery at least. Not so lucky with this phone?

Can i get a replacement battery, or am I SOL?

PS: I think that killed the battery might be the 120w fast charging. It would charge 70% in like 10 mins, but get super hot. Now when it gets to 20% it just basically dies.

Thanks,

Can you replace the battery?
Probably

Will it work as well as you think?
Almost certainly no.
Quality control on batteries from 3rd parties is 0.
I've tried this with a few laptops and the supply chain on 3rd party battries is a mine field.
You'll end up spending a bunch of money and in 3-6 months that battery will be worse than it is today.

As much as I hate that situation, that seem to be the case.
If you get it sorted and it works out for the long run you should give updates and where you ended up buying, because f#ck knows I've tried to find an actually trusted company for this.

My advise in terms of keeping the battery life up is to charge up to 75% and don't let your phone drop below 25%. Your battery will last about 4-5x longer. (Lithium batteries are drastically aged during the top charge and full discharge states).

How long does it last? And how long have you had it for? Please let me know I'm stuck in the same situation. Please send picture of it of you can... I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Still works well after a few months use. Battery is in the phone and I can't open the case up.

May I know how long your charge lasts like can it survive throughout the day if I abuse it?

And people say fast charging won't hurt the battery, lol.
How many times have we came across people replacing their slow charging iPhone and Samsung batteries. ????Try Googling that!, fast charging when done right works okay. Coming from someone with a Xiaomi Mix 4 from 2021 with 120watt wired charging and 50watt wireless charging, only 5% of battery gone so far.
