Battlefield 2 on SGS

I can't connect to the BF2 SGS servers at all.

Even my pings to 196.4.79.20, 196.4.79.26, 196.4.79.28, 196.4.79.31 all time out.

Have the servers moved?? The website says that all servers are up...

Nope, was playing on them yesterday from around 3 in the afternoon till about 10pm.

Make sure you are patched up to the latest patch. Had a problem connecting and the patch solved the problem.

Rather do a tracert then ping.. saix blocks pinging.

servers were up... try to use Xfire to browse the servers and connect straight to the server you want to play on... www.xfire.com

Or using the in-game browser, filter by typing: "-= sgs" (without quotes) and hit enter.

Can anyone tell me how to contact SGS? Because I seem to have been banned for no apparent reason or maybe there is a reason, but I'd like to find out what it is, because I know I haven't been excessively team killing.

I still have no idea how on earth people struggle to fund this.

Okay, thanks for all the help, apparently my ban is over (I got banned for a month for swearing), but when I try get into the server it has the same problem and says I'm banned...
