Battlefield 2

Those tanks can be a real pain in the a55 - I anti-yank plenty and it takes a good couple of missiles to down one of the bigger tanks.

Most of the time i get fragged, and get a kill damage assist.

Is that anti-tank more effective at close range?

with AT kit aim at the tank threads, with two hits you will kill him most of the time. learn to shoot when he is looking away from you and duck to reload.

rinse and repeat ad nauseaum. :D

Thanks.

I will definitely check it out.

benny-za sent me a link which i misplaced.... it dealt with the various maps and the best ways to play them from each of the kits.

I think it was techrejects.com or something, but i don't see the stuff there... anyone have a clue...

from BF2 experience its the tracks... from Call of Duty experience the rear is one shot one kill... ask the boys to confirm that for you just in case...

sorry i got on so late last night(12:30) i had a womanly presence in my house!

2020 STOP WORRYING ABOUT oops how to play it and load the map up and play it yourself how you think it should be done

why read a manual on it? kinda defeats the object :)

hmm is that a britney photo or do you like the whole school girl thing lol

isnt that your sister who's about to go to school

I found that one loooooong shot with an AT rocket is more effective than a close range shot. I have yet to find a scientific way of proving it, but the basic theory is that the further away the target is - the faster the rocket is going when it impacts = more damage.

the thing with the modern AT rockets is that they rely less on kinetic energy and more on explosive content for its impact to the tank itself. Most AT weaponry is a form of HEAT round which projects a molten jet of high temperature content meant to melt its way into the tank.

only another tank can have enough kinetic energy to actually dent the armor of another tank using the SABOT rounds most commonly used in modern warfare.

thats why the swedes invented a rocket which actually is designed to strike a tank by arching itself to a top impact on the weakest spot of a tank : the top of the turret.

my 2 cents... :D

The best way to kill a tank is crawl up behind it and leave some "packages" on it. Then run like mad and enjoy the show

well thats still at her house!!!
