Battlefield 3 stuttering

Significantly more powerful computers with fresh Windows installations struggle with BF3 in multi player. I speak from experience here. Unless some software package improves on Microsoft's design? You sound like someone who will buy the software recommended by those "warning - your computer may be infected!!!" pop ups.

Haha, absolutely not.Hate those.Advanced System Care 13 is the opposite of that. But i am really sounding annoying and like i'm trying to advertise so i think i should shut up about this product now.

I think that what makes me vote for my side of the solution even more is fear... fear that i might not be able to play BATTLEFIELD 3 myself... fear that i buy it next week and my below-powered-than his rig won't run it.I don't want to hear it.I don't want negative thoughts. My PC has played alot. Why must it stop now?

Go ahead... try the software clean... it has to work!
It can't be the hardware! It can't be that i need to spen thousands to play BF3 I won't upgrade! noooooooooooo

Edit:Sounding like a madman troll.I'm outta here.Just download this because it's free, try it the heck out and THEN conclude that you're going to spend thousands.

Your system won't run BF3. It struggles on a 3.0GHz Q6600 with 8GB of RAM and a 560ti on medium-high resolution purely because the CPU can't keep up with it. My GPU was getting bottlenecked badly and your CPU isn't near an overclocked Q6600,even though it's old itself. Upgraded the entire system and it runs nicely now.

You should have purchased that software he mentioned instead, imagine all the money you could have saved :p

Lmao. This is not cool.Clearly I must try to get a demo of this thing first

There is no demo for BATTLEFIELD 3.EA does not realize the amount of stupidity with this idea. There was only a "beta" now it's closed.WTH happened to releasing demos? Gone more greedy?

Honestly this dot oke should be banned from this section, my god dude you are beyond clueless.

You don't even have bf 3 yet you telling me some program will magically fix his slow ass old pc. You need to be banned trollface. From this section anyhow.

Well i will still be buying it, hey, it's my money :erm:
Will surely post the outcome :o

I always ignore people who say that.Sorry but helping people like you guys find something to call me a troll about is not my thing

Naaa dude if the mods are any good you won't be posting here.

It's one thing to debate and blah blah but advertising and giving such horrific advise when you don't even own the game should be an instant section ban. I never report people even when they tune me broken but i hope the mods listen to guys who have reported you.

Good, now go find a thread where you actually have experience with the item in question instead of recommending a program to magically fix an old rig that cannot run a game.

Things common sense should have told you: :D
>IObit facebook page alone has over 99,500 thousand followers, what good will a few googles from MyBB members do a company?
>IObit is not South African
>If i was a spammer, i would have done a way better job than that :)

Hey man, why don't you come off your high horse and hang down here with us? I bet you we can teach you some common sense. Battlefield 3 simply needs a good quad-core with DDR3 RAM if you're planning to play online - that's it, period. Its a well-threaded game. I imagine the same applies for Medal of Honour: Warfighter.

Asus Nvidia Geforce 512mb EN210 Silent @1024x768

[.dot claims that requirements are as accurate as his ass]

-No sir, i tweaked no settings on my card and i played smooth, sir. :)

You're running at 1024 x 768 on Low to Medium settings without AA. OP wants to run the game at higher quality settings and higher resolution. You should have used your common sense to realise that his needs are vastly different from yours.

I am simply implying he try ASC w AV because it sounds like his PC is having technical problems inside it.

No amount of software cleaning or tweaking will help with a multi-threaded game that needs four threads and faster RAM for the multi-player component. Some people say that Hyper-threading and Core Parking causes some issues as well, but that's not the case here.

Ah, so you haven't even tried the game on your system to see if it will run? Your card is miles behind the performance of the 9600GT, you couldn't match it if you used all the software tweaks in the world. If OP can't play it even on low settings, what are your chances? I'm surprised you even got to over a hundred posts without being all troll-ey like you are now.

Go ahead... try the software clean... it has to work!

Get a console then.

It's Dean!

/ignores

Dean Pepler?

Ohhhh k, back to topic.

I ran your specs on a super awesome site and here are the results:

1Fsgm.png

CPU: able to run the game on Low-Med settings

GFX: able to run the game on Low-Med settings with the res at 1280x1024 or lower.

RAM: able to run the game on Low-Med settings

Footnote: @OP, what version are your graphics card drivers, maybe you haven't updated them after nvidia have released optimization drivers for BF3? (its worth a shot)

Just like i said

@dot, i suppose you arnt the same dot as the one on the alterIWnet forums were you?

._.

Just some input here - I got Battlefield 3 when I still had my old graphics card, a 9800GT (an excellent card I assure you, that played absolutely everything I threw at it). Battlefield 3 was the reason I upgraded purely because even in Single Player, I could barely move because of the graphical lag. It was so bad I was rubber banding (single player, offline).

I upgraded to a AMD Radeon HD6850 and it instantly improved. You want good performance? You are going to need to shell out R1500 to R2000 for a mid range card if you don't want to go crazy prices (R3000+).

Edit: Also, Dot. if you are still lurking, if you manage to get BF3 to run on your Nvidia 210 without a fan in our lovely summer we are having, can I come round to your house for a braai? :P That thing is gonna cook steak lekker after about 5 minutes :P

Having seen his other post dot has no idea what he is talking about. I've attempted this on higher specced machines and it struggles.
