Considering BF3 is only really good when playing as a squad, it's definately social

“Remember me” feature for sign in
Play button next to server name for faster joining
Server Browser now remembers sort order

When you first run the game there is a ~470mb update that needs to be downloaded.

All other updates since release have been on the server side of things.

you mean to see what settings are available on that server, like 3D spotting and such?

for that you can just click on the server name.

I'd like something quick to describe the server so that you don't have to go further than the server browser:

"Welcome to so-and-so Server!
Killcam is off, TK is on. 1 round per map. Squad play is advisable!

A small area below the "Join Server" button would be great. It's similar to what BC2 had when you load into a server.

I'm unable to pick up wage or most of the SA servers since the new update...

Is there anyway I can set the filter to show me all SA servers? I Select Africa and everything else, but still can't get all the servers...
