Killa, please do not make assumptions about me. I don't tune anyone on this forum and would appreciate the same courtesy from other forumites (unless I do something really stoopid, then feel free to tune away :)). Please believe that if I had seen Voo's post, I would have corrected him. I see that he has removed that post.

For DGL, your clan team needs 11 total (8 players + 3 reserves). But registration closed in January unfortunately.

In fairness dude i did say if you blah blah you are chop, so if you never did then you are not a chop :D.

We have no issues with anyone else bud, i was just angry that he made himself look good and lied to people. I hope you can accept my apologie :D

Is it just me or is this game getting a little boring? Haven't played in a month or so but tried Sunday and lost interest very quick.... maybe its just me :what:

I dunno man i am hooked hey, i cannot stop playing but i have an addictive personality.

Look it helps that i got a bunch of crazy teams mates on team speak. Makes for epic convo's :D.

I see Sybaritic has a 550Ti for R1400 and something. How will this handle BF3 with my system quoted above? Or should I rather save up more and get a better card?

it should run it quite nicely.

maybe not on all best gfx, but I run an i5 750 with a 5850 and my gfx is already wayyyyyy pweddy.

Check out the bf3 graphics guide on geforce.com . Youl be able to get 60fps constant with most settings on low/medium. Bear in mind that the game still looks great at medium settings. If you can however save a bit more, getting a 560ti would be the sweet spot. Can I ask exactly which i5 cpu you have?

I've got the i5 760 @ 2.8Ghz, 1156 LGA.
I would really prefer to buy a card that won't have to be replaced within a year to play be able to play whatever is hot then, even if with low graphics. So I guess I'll save a bit more for a 560 (no Ti, as that becomes very expensive).

Oh okay yeah then go for the 560 :) You should be able to play BF3 on medium settings, and a mild CPU overclock will help with frames even more. The 560 will definitely last you a year. Remember that BF3 is a very taxing game, and even new games that are coming out now dont demand as much resources as BF3, so you should be able to play most titles within the next year on high/medium settings.

Ya, I'm the same. Joining alone and slugging it out with a strange squad gets old (and frustrating) very quickly but if you get on VOIP with the bunch of nutters like I join, then you're in for a lolfest at worst.

Too bad the BL VOIP seems to be getting more bugged by the minute though. I could punch a hole through my screen with how annoying it is.*party is invite only. Only party owner can invite.* I AAAAMMM THE PARTY OOOOOWNEEERRRRRRRRRR!!!!
